Some days are just better than others

Do people ever answer their phones?... I was up pretty late last night (about 6:30 am) and woke up pretty early on account of my phone going off!.. It was a friend asking if I wanted to cut their grass wile they were away on holiday for 10 quid... and I do... but any way.. So I pretty much spend most of the day trying to find something to do, sorting some stuff out around the house, this and that... then it dawned on me... OMG!.. Its bloody Friday!

Now I have to do something! Friday nights are the best part of the weekend (as long as you don't have to work or any thing on the Saturday.. and shit!!! working on Sunday!) because you'll have the next 2 days to recover from what ever craziness you get up to.

I'm going through my friends on in my phone, thinking of people I haven't seen in a while, people I'd like to hang out with, and calling them.. now none of them were answering their phones.. I end up calling pretty much every one in my phone book... EVERYONE!.. and still no answers, or even any replies?!? Do people not want to talk to me or what?

Eventually I start getting through to a couple of people.. though now its getting late, suns just starting to go in, and every one is either: "aw I dunno man *insert crappy excuse here* sorry" or "cant man busy". Now the second, as much as it sucks, I can understand, your busy, been busy, and are going to be busy.. that's cool.. but the people who are like.. no money, to far away, cant be bothered.. what's with that? I'm always hearing complaints about being bored, and I don't know about any one else but I would much rather be bored together than on my own.. Maybe its just me?..

Still calling round trying to get in contact with people.. I'm thinking... fuck it!.. I'm just gonna go out.. go skate park have a skate see who is there. So I give up the search for company and set out on my own.

I get to the skate park up in Watford.. and look who's there... Greg! one of the people i been trying to call all day. "what's up man.. hows it going? I been trying to call you all day"... "oh.. really?.. *checks phone*.. sorry man my phone has been on silent all day"... OK OK.. now silent is a good setting for if you like.. maybe at school, at work, or some where where you don't want to be disturbed.. Not when you out and about and people are trying to get hold of you!?!.. But I don't know, he could have had good reasons for it being silent (doubt it.. lol.. but he could have) and it was a good skate at the end of the day.

Again on the way home, calling every one see what their up to, do they want to hang out for a little wile?.. no.. Again no one answers their phones? I'm ready to give up trying... can all my friends really be that far away from their phones at the same time? apparently so...

Well.. I'm home now looks like another night in front of the Internet, on my own, staying up late and slowly killing my brain... What happened to the week? It started off on such a good foot. Weather was sunny, blue sky's and every one was about and up for some fun.... and now.... Dull and gray with nothing to do..
